This year, HGTV purchased an existing three-bedroom, three-bath home on the beautiful coastal St. Simons Island, Georgia. Architects, contractors, and designer, Brian Patrick Flynn, descended on the home and began the incredible renovation that transformed this hidden gem into a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, HGTV Dream Home. As the design unfolds, viewers will have the opportunity to enter for a chance to win the home and prize package by entering daily on HGTV.com starting December 28, 2016. HGTV will give the home away to one lucky winner in March 2017.
As the exclusive hardscape sponsor of the HGTV Dream Home 2017, Belgard is proud to offer a sneak peek at this coastal retreat. Once registration opens, we’ll offer a full virtual walk-though of the outdoor living spaces. But for now, here’s a little taste of what you will have a chance to win in 2017.

HGTV has created the best Dream Home ever! Gorgeous.
Great Prize!
What is name of the Belgard pavers used in the pool area of the 2017 HGTV Dream House?
The pavers on the pool deck are from the Catalina™ Collection.
What pavers/colors are used on the driveway?
The field of the driveway is a two-color blend of Catalina™ pavers (colors: Titanium and Napoli) laid in a 3-piece modular pattern. The driveway was trimmed with a contrasting sailors course of Charcoal Catalina pavers (using only 1 size of the 3 pieces).
what color pavers were used on the pool deck? Love the look!
This was a field blend of two different colors. I don’t have access to the sales sheet, but it looks like a blend of Bella and Avalon. That being said, exact colors vary by market because they are manufactured locally in various facilities across the U.S. using local aggregates, which affects the tone. To view the paver styles and colors that are available in your area, visit Belgard.com/products/pavers and be sure that the location at the top of the page shows your zip code.
