2024 Quest for the Cover Photography Promotion Disclaimer:

*Terms and conditions apply. To be considered for the prize package, inclusive of an opportunity to be chosen for professional Belgard photography, all photography must be original, taken by (you) our contractor, and submitted to https://www.oldcastleapg.com/photo-submissions/ by 11:59 p.m. CST, September 30, 2024. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will not be considered. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person. The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame. Entries will be judged by Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company. All decisions are final. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules. By entering the contest, entrants agree and consent to Oldcastle APG being allowed to use photo submissions for advertising purposes. If chosen for professional photography, Oldcastle APG will schedule a photographer to shoot the submitted project. There is no guarantee that any submission received will be photographed professionally. If any of the photos from those professional shoots are chosen for a cover in our 2025 catalog series, the submitting contractor will receive the prizes outlined for the contest (one prize package: 100,000 points to be applied in the Oldcastle Partner Rewards program, 1500 product credits to use for any of our Oldcastle APG Family of Brands companies, and one day of professional photography on your best project in 2025). If photography is chosen and published in multiple markets, the winner will only be eligible for one prize package. Prize package must be collected by the winner and is not nontransferable. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
