AMAZING!!! Pretty much sums up this company. I’d done a lot of research for my patio project and have to say I made the best decision going with Poynter. They’re innovative and enjoy thinking outside the box. I have a typical “city” yard and was tired of damaged grass from my dogs. I have quite an imagination and Bob listened to my ideas of making a sunk-in multi-level patio and was able to incorporate the expertise to make it work. While discussing the project, he paused/reflected and said “what we need to do is give this space purpose”. At that point I was sold!! He worked patiently with me in selecting the proper materials while carefully considering my budget. Leo is one talented young man! He was on-site every morning at the crack of dawn; excavating/cutting stone/building walls, etc.. The finished project is breathtaking. Bob & the team returned to resolve a minor discrepancy on wall height without hesitation. I would highly recommend Poynter to anyone who desires high-quality original craftsmanship.
