System Pavers – Sacramento

Using System Pavers to turn our backyard vision into a reality was the best decision we’ve made! To our first encounter with Jim the Design Consultant to our last meeting with Mark the Project Manager, everything was pleasant and smooth. During our initial meeting with Jim we explained to him our vision and showed him a few pictures of ideas, but the end result of what he drew up for us was even better than what we imagined. The thing that really stuck with us after our initial meeting with Jim is that he was never pushy to force us to make a decision right away. He was patient, gave us the time and space that we needed and helped us reach a compromise to where we could get what we really wanted within our budget. The day before the project started, Mark met with us to go over logistics and how everything will look. He caught a few areas where border was missing from our initial drawing but he graciously figured out a way to add that in without tacking on extra fees. Throughout the entire project, he routinely came by to check on the job and to make sure we were satisfied at how things were coming along. From Day 1, we were very satisfied with Ray and the installation crew. You can tell right away that they are very good at what they do, very meticulous and great attention to detail. Aside from the great quality of their work, they never failed to clean up the job site every night before they left for the day. Our backyard is on the larger side and the crew managed to complete the project before the estimated completion date which was a pleasant surprise. Everything that we experienced through System Pavers, was done with great professionalism and quality. System Pavers has exceeded our expectations and we are very happy that we invested in our backyard that our family will now be able to enjoy for years to come. We will definitely be recommending System Pavers to our family, friends, and neighbors!
