Let’s be clear. My wife is an incredibly particular woman and oftentimes very difficult to please. I should know. I married her. It’s not often that someone does something to her satisfaction the first time around, and if she’s not happy, she’ll let you know.
Imagine my surprise when I came home to our finished landscaping, and she says to me … “Could you get a hold of Tim’s boss and let them know they did a fantastic job?” So to Tim … Thanks for your support. You were always quick to reply, accommodating in every way imaginable, and I appreciate everything you did to make us happy. To your workers, we can see the pride you take in your work in our new backyard. To Tim’s boss, give him a raise. You’re not paying him enough!
Just a note to thank you for the army of people that was sent to the property today and for the efforts at getting the property ready for our inspection tomorrow. I know this was a very dirty job as all you had to do was look at the faces for the crew at the end of the day. Again thank you. As you are aware this inspection is important to us and if you can just keep an eye on us.
I wanted to let you know that the guys were the most greatest workers that I have ever dealt with. They were very courteous and your customer service is out of this world. Your professionalism is at the top and I will definitely use Signature again and spread the word.
I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your support team is!!!!! I had an emergency this morning at —– and I called to see if Signature could send someone out to help (it was with irrigation) and she was really great. She got on the phone and sent Dennis over asap!!!! It is this kind of service that keeps us coming back to Signature for all our needs.
