Worked for a paver contractor for 3 years doing sales and project management.
Started Elite Hardscapes LLC in 2018
Nevada Masonry and Landscaping Contractor Licenses
I am a certified ICPI – International Concrete Paver Installer
Employ 8 -12 full time employees
The company is bonded and carries industry standard Liability and work comp insurance.
I have completed over 90 full hardscaping and landscaping projects that consist of new build residential and complete remodels of residential and commercial projects.

Complete 1 job at a time before moving on.
The job is not complete until the customer is completely satisfied.
We take pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Flexibility is not a hardship. We are always open minded to changes with the initial project scope.
I as the owner will be present on your jobsite each day to administer project direction, monitor the progress and maintain a high level of quality construction.

Estimating and Quotations:
The goal of my estimates is to not just win the job by giving the least expensive bid, but to provide an upfront and accurate list of all the options that are available. To not only meet the expectations of the HOA’s or the customers idea’s but to help give a design that will set the project apart from the competition. My estimates have a layout that describe the general construction process and break out the cost for each process. “No hidden costs” are my goal.

Resources:
I work with a full group of contractors that will help provide you with a go to source for all project needs.
Electricians, Plumbers, Pergola’s and Patio covers, Gutter Installers, Tile setters, Painters etc.

I also work with “The Garden Coach” Marni Brennan who is can assist you with the decision of plant selection for our Northern Nevada soils and climate.
