Premier Outdoor Living was excellent in every respect. Totally buttoned up and professional. Mario worked with us to design a landscape for our front yard that fit our budget. Shaun, the owner, went over the contract with us page by page so there would be no misunderstandings by either party. Chilango and his crew took out our grass, installed drip irrigation, planted nearly 30 drought-resistant plants and filled out the space with rocks and bark. All finished in four days of work. By the way, Chilango\’s crew has been together nine years and their experience and work ethic is obvious. Communication with all concerned was prompt. We are totally happy customers and recommend Premier Outdoor Living without hesitation.

Premier Outdoor Living landscaped our backyard in Ventura recently, and we were extremely pleased with the whole experience. Shaun & Mario were both very professional and very knowledgeable, helped tweak our design with plants and hardscape, and the job was completed ahead of schedule and within the quoted budget.
Armando & his crew were unbelievably hard workers; they showed up to work at 7am every day, did back-breaking hard labor, and they transformed our dirt pit of a backyard into a work of art!
In the past, we\’ve had other local contractors work on other projects for us, and it was always stressful, always over budget & always way past the promised completion date. Even though this job was on the smaller side, the folks at POL treated us as valued customers, knowing it was a big deal to us. They communicated with us daily, were open to our ideas & design changes, and even met with us on several weekends because of our work schedules.
Their quote wasn’t the cheapest, but it was definitely in the ballpark of 3 other local contractors and we certainly got our money\’s worth with a beautiful, quality job well done.
We love our new backyard and now POL will always be our go-to guys for other projects.

We would love to tell about our experience with Premier Outdoor Living. We had a huge project, a total makeover for both front and back yard, and it took almost a year and a half to complete. The workers were very professional and hard working and anytime I had any questions they always answered me or got back with me with an answer and always polite. The quality of the work was outstanding and the workers are very versatile and not just specialized in one task. They installed veneer on our house and chimney, completely removed our front yard and replaced it with a topical yard with King palms a river bed, all tropical plants with drip irrigation. We have seen many cars slow down or stop in front of our house and just look at our front yard, it truly is amazing. The back yard is a tropical paradise in itself, it is amazing. They built a fabulous pool & spa, a great outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge, double sink w/disposal, tank-less water heater, a cabana w/ changing rooms, bathroom, outdoor shower, and tank-less water heater, a great gas fire-pit, and a huge vinyl patio cover. They also installed paving stones on all walking area and tropical plants and palm trees with drip irrigation. Everything is identified on change orders with cost and as task are accomplished they are signed off, there was no hidden cost and we finished on budget. Shaun is very easy to get a hold of, I found text was the easiest and Shaun would respond quickly. Shaun is always looking all the latest and greatest technology and in every case he would find something better than originally projected such as pool lights valves landscape lights, etc, and never an increase in price.I think that Mario is a master at landscaping and really provided great choices for us and our yards are so much more than we ever expected. It was a please working with Premier Outdoor Living and even though the job is done we still consider them our contractor and friends and still communicate, Shaun\’s brother Chris does our weekly pool maintenance, and Mario bring a team by to do quarterly landscaping maintenance. Words do not do this job they did on our property justice.
