Their backyard featured a stand-out shipping container casita that added great value to the home in addition to the outdoor seating and fire pit feature.

The greenhouse dining area was a showstopper, with a screened in porch that enhanced the indoor-outdoor flow of the home. Raised garden beds were the perfect touch to the sustainable, farmhouse-style backyard.

They thought of everything with a fresh pickleball court as the final added value feature.
