Last month, the Oldcastle Architectural team converged with the largest gathering of homebuilding industry professionals on the west coast for the annual PCBC homebuilding tradeshow, held in San Francisco on June 21-23. The conference drew builders, developers, architects, remodelers, designers, contractors and manufacturers from across the nation.

At the show, the Oldcastle team hosted a well-attended Customer Appreciation Event, showcased a variety of product lines, and educated homebuilders on the advantages on partnering with Oldcastle Architectural—including a national manufacturing network, full-service partnership programs, nationally recognized brand offerings, superior warrantied products and cost-saving efficiencies. Products showcased at the conference included Westile Roof Pavers, Echelon™ Artisan Masonry Veneers®, and a variety of Belgard hardscape products.

One popular feature at the show was the Bordeaux Fireplace from the Belgard Elements line, which was displayed in the newly available Midnight trim option. Builders were also intrigued by Belgard’s Sundeck Porcelain Pavers, which offer a contemporary wooden deck look in a durable porcelain tile. Developers were particularly interested in Eco-Dublin® permeable pavers for projects such as mixed-use developments or the driveway to a winery.

The show also provided an opportunity to introduce the homebuilder audience to the new line of lightweight veneers available from the Artisan Masonry Veneers line, which allow for quick installation, require no additional footings, and are manufactured with a patented dry-cast system to offer a natural stone look with integrated color throughout each masonry unit.
