Are Belgard pavers covered under the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval? I tried to apply for the Good Housekeeping Guarantee for a paver purchase in May 2020. I was told by Hearst Corporation that the Belgard licensing for the seal expired in September 2016, so my purchase was not covered. Why is Belgard and other Belgard Accredited Contractors are advertising this Guarantee if Belgard does not have it?
We did allow the license to expire. We do, however, carry our own transferrable limited lifetime warranty that you can learn about on our warranty information page here. When we allowed the license to expire, we removed all references from our website. If any of our installers still have that verbiage on their site, please let us know and we will instruct them to remove it.
